Access to food, shelter, mental health is a human right
Community organizations are in dire need of help. Locations are closing services and shutting down due to lack of funding. We need to come together and support our local communities. By donating to Bridging Meals Society, we promise to send money to locations that need it most. Locations at risk of ending services or closing.

Consisting of uncontrollable or high intensity crying, frustration, anger, yelling, or impatience on a regular basis. If it is impacting your relationships in daily life, ask for help.

We wanted to help people find support when they don’t now where to look. The country is getting more complicated every year. Everyone can experience high stress moments in their lives and not know where to turn.
There are a variety of programs in every province that help people every day, whether it’s a meal, a place to sleep, or just someone to talk too.
We want everyone to know they are not alone.

People who have experienced homelessness at some point in their lives are two to three times more likely to report their mental health as being poor.'

Technology is now a part of our every day lives. We use it from the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed. We believe technology can be used for good, helping people all over Canada find access to local services.
